AURKB

AURORA-B assay

Aurora kinase B

Synonyms: Aik2, AIM-1, ARK2, AurB, “aurora-1”, “aurora-B”, IPL1, PPP1R48, “protein phosphatase 1, regulatory subunit 48”, STK5, STK12

Family: Other

Aurora kinases belong to the serine/threonine subclass of kinases and are involved in the regulation of mitosis1. They show increased expression level in a variety of solid and liquid tumours including lung, liver, breast and pancreatic tumors. Aurora B is a subunit of a chromosome passenger complex that is recruited to centromeres during mitosis2.

Aurora kinase B assay is run on mobility shift microfluidics platform, which provides best in industry quality of data. We routinely run services associated with this kinase including: screening, profiling, dose-response studies and kinetic measurements. Please contact us for more information.
