AXL assay

AXL receptor tyrosine kinase

Synonyms: ARK, JTK11, Tyro7, UFO

Family: TK

Axl belongs to the TAM family of receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs), comprising Tyro3, Axl, and Mer1. Axl expression has been associated with most cancer types. AXL kinase is associated with tumour plasticity and  resistance to cytotoxic and targeted anticancer agents.

AXL kinase assay is run on mobility shift microfluidics platform (Caliper), which provides best in industry quality of data. We routinely run services associated with this kinase including: screening, profiling, dose-response studies and kinetic measurements. Please contact us for more information.
