CK1-GAMMA2

CK1-GAMMA2 assay

Casein kinase 1 gamma 2

Synonyms: CK1g2, CSNK1G2

Family: CK1 (Casein Kinase 1)

CK1 kinases isoforms are involved in diverse cellular processes including membrane trafficking, circadian rhythm, cell cycle progression, chromosome segregation, apoptosis and cellular differentiation1. CK1γ isoforms play central role in Wnt signal transduction, which makes CK1γ an attractive target for the treatment of Wnt-pathway dependent cancers3. CK1γ2 was shown to phosphorylate the metastatic tumor antigen 1 (MTA1) short form2.

CK1-GAMMA2 kinase assay is run on mobility shift microfluidics platform (Caliper), which provides best in industry quality of data. We routinely run services associated with this kinase including: screening, profiling, dose-response studies and kinetic measurements. Please contact us for more information.
