DAPK1

DAPK1 assay

Death associated protein kinase 1

Synonyms: DAPK, ROCO3

Family: CAMK

DAPK1 is a stress-responsive serine/threonine (Ser/Thr) kinase, which possess tumour suppressive function and also mediate a wide range of cellular processes, including apoptosis and autophagy1. It is involved in multiple cell death processes induced by various internal and external apoptotic stimulants. The loss and gain-of–function of DAPK1 is associated with various cancer and neurodegenerative diseases respectively.

DAPK1 kinase assay is run on mobility shift microfluidics platform (Caliper), which provides best in industry quality of data. We routinely run services associated with this kinase including: screening, profiling, dose-response studies and kinetic measurements. Please contact us for more information.
