EPH-A7

EPH-A7 assay

EPH receptor A7

Synonyms: Hek11

Family: TK

EPHA7 is a receptor tyrosine kinase that is shown to act as tumor suppressor in the relevant tumors1. Binding and activation of Eph-receptor family members requires cell-cell interactions2. EPHA7 is often down regulated in epithelial cancers and linked to tumor progression.

EPHA7 kinase assay is run on mobility shift microfluidics platform (Caliper), which provides best in industry quality of data. We routinely run services associated with this kinase including: screening, profiling, dose-response studies and kinetic measurements. Please contact us for more information.
