FES assay

FES proto-oncogene, tyrosine kinase

Synonyms: “c-fes/fps protein”, FPS, “Oncogene FES, feline sarcoma virus”

Family: TK

FES is protein-tyrosine kinase, which modulates cellular signaling pathways governing differentiation, the innate immune response, and vasculogenesis1. FES has been shown to associate with growth factor and cytokine receptors, but downstream effectors of FES are not clearly characterized2.

FES kinase assay is run on mobility shift microfluidics platform (Caliper), which provides best in industry quality of data. We routinely run services associated with this kinase including: screening, profiling, dose-response studies and kinetic measurements. Please contact us for more information.
