HIPK3

HIPK3 assay

Homeodomain interacting protein kinase 3

Synonyms: DYRK6, FIST3, PKY, YAK1

Family: CMGC

HIPK3 is a member of homeodomain-interacting protein kinase family. HIPKs interact with a vast range of functional proteins, including not only transcriptional regulators and chromatin modifiers, but also cytoplasmic signal transducers, transmembrane proteins, and SUMO ligase1. HIPK3 was shown to transduce proapoptotic signals by death receptors through interaction with TRADD and FADD in the cytoplasm.

HIPK3 kinase assay is run on mobility shift microfluidics platform (Caliper), which provides best in industry quality of data. We routinely run services associated with this kinase including: screening, profiling, dose-response studies and kinetic measurements. Please contact us for more information.
