LKB1

LKB1 assay

Liver Kinase B1

Synonyms: STK11, PJS, “polarization-related protein LKB1”, “Serine/threonine kinase 11”

Family: CAMK

LKB1 is serine/threonine kinase, which is essential to protect cells from apoptosis in response to agents that elevate intracellular AMP and as such may act as a low-energy checkpoint in the cell1. LKB1 phosphorylates and activates AMPK and PAR12.

LKB1 kinase assay is run on mobility shift microfluidics platform (Caliper), which provides best in industry quality of data. We routinely run services associated with this kinase including: screening, profiling, dose-response studies and kinetic measurements. Please contact us for more information.
