LOK (STK10) assay
Lymphocyte-oriented kinase
Synonyms: STK10, PRO2729, “serine/threonine kinase 10”
Family: STE
LOK is a member of the STE20/p21-activated kinase family and expressed predominantly in lymphoid organs1. Deficiency of LOK leads to the acceleration of LFA-1 clustering and cell adhesion of activated lymphocytes.
