ALK4 assay
Activin A receptor type 1B
Synonyms: ActRIB, ALK4, SKR2, ACVRLK4
Family: Tyrosine Kinase-Like (TKL)
ALK4 is the TGF-β type I receptor serine/threonine kinase 1 and among seven ALK members activin A bounds to ALK4 and ALK2 (ActRIB and ActRI) with highest affinity2.
ALK4 assay is run on mobility shift microfluidics platform (Caliper), which provides best in industry quality of data. We routinely run services associated with this kinase including: screening, profiling, dose-response studies and kinetic measurements. Please contact us for more information.
