AURKC

AURORA-C assay

Aurora kinase C

Synonyms: ARK3, AurC, STK13

Family: Other

Aurora kinases belong to the serine/threonine subclass of kinases and are involved in the regulation of mitosis1. They show increased expression level in a variety of solid and liquid tumours including lung, liver, breast and pancreatic tumors. Aurora C has significant sequence similarity to AURKC, similar structure and small-molecule inhibitor with affinity to AURKB, have affinity to AURKC. However, it was shown that aurora kinase C has some non-overlapping functions with aurora kinase B2.

Aurora kinase C assay is run on mobility shift microfluidics platform (Caliper), which provides best in industry quality of data. We routinely run services associated with this kinase including: screening, profiling, dose-response studies and kinetic measurements. Please contact us for more information.
