CDK9-CLNT1

CDK9-CYCLIN T1 assay

Cyclin dependent kinase 9 (complex with cyclin T1)

Synonyms: C-2k, PITALRE, TAK, CDC2L4

Family: CMGC

CDK9 is a serine/threonine protein kinase and a member of cyclin dependent kinase family. CDK9 forms active complex with its partner cyclin T comprising the positive transcription elongation factor b (P-TEFb), which promotes transcription elongation1. CDK9 is a promising target for cancer therapy, particularly for cancers driven by transcriptional dysregulation.

CDK9-CYCLIN T1 kinase assay is run on mobility shift microfluidics platform (Caliper), which provides best in industry quality of data. We routinely run services associated with this kinase including: screening, profiling, dose-response studies and kinetic measurements. Please contact us for more information.
