COT assay

Mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 8

Synonyms: MAP3K8c-COT, EST, MEKK8, Tpl-2, ESTF

Family: STE

COT is a mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase (MAP3K) that conveys various intra- and extra-cellular stimuli to effector proteins of cells inducing adequate adoptive responses1. Dysregulation of COT expression and signaling is associated with acute and chronic inflammatory diseases2. COT was shown to be in the control of inflammatory responses and survival in adipocytes, fibroblasts and immune and epithelial cells.

COT kinase assay is run on mobility shift microfluidics platform (Caliper), which provides best in industry quality of data. We routinely run services associated with this kinase including: screening, profiling, dose-response studies and kinetic measurements. Please contact us for more information.
