DCAMKL2

DCAMKL2 assay

Doublecortin like kinase 2

Synonyms: DCDC3, DCDC3B, DCK2, MGC45428, DCLK2

Family: CAMK

DCAMKL2 (Doublecortin and CaM kinase-like 2 protein) has microtubule binding activity1. The patterns of expression, functional activities, regulation, and localization of DCAMKL2 suggest that it functions in events important for neural development and, potentially, in those characteristic of mature nervous systems. It was also suggested that doublecortin-like kinases are critical regulators of dendritic development2.

DCAMKL2 kinase assay is run on mobility shift microfluidics platform (Caliper), which provides best in industry quality of data. We routinely run services associated with this kinase including: screening, profiling, dose-response studies and kinetic measurements. Please contact us for more information.
