ASK2

ASK2 assay

Apoptosis signal regulating kinase 2

Synonyms: mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 6apoptosis signal regulating kinase 2, MAPKKK6, MEKK6

Family: STE

ASK2 is serine/threonine kinase highly related to ASK1, which acts in heteromeric complex with ASK11 as functional MAP3K. It was shown that MAP3K6 participates in VEGF expression, and that regulation of VEGF by MAP3K6 may play a crucial role in both angiogenesis and tumorigenesis2.

ASK2 assay is run on mobility shift microfluidics platform (Caliper), which provides best in industry quality of data. We routinely run services associated with this kinase including: screening, profiling, dose-response studies and kinetic measurements. Please contact us for more information.
