HASPIN assay
Histone H3 associated protein kinase
Synonyms: “germ cell associated 2 (haspin)”, GSG2
Family: Other
HASPIN is a protein kinase, which phosphorylates histone H3 at Thr3 residue. Haspin function is critical in mitosis, favoring chromosome cohesion, metaphase alignment and progression though the cell cycle. Haspin inhibitors can be therefore efficient anti-mitotic compounds1.
HASPIN kinase assay is run on mobility shift microfluidics platform (Caliper), which provides best in industry quality of data. We routinely run services associated with this kinase including: screening, profiling, dose-response studies and kinetic measurements. Please contact us for more information.
